I had an excellent first visit! I went in for a sort of new patient meet and greet only to discover that in my two years since a previous dental appointment my teeth had gone to hell. Luckily, there were some cancellations and they were easily able to fit me in for part one of a two part teeth cleaning series and I had four of twelve cavities filled that day. I thought I was just going in for a simple evaluation and was so happy that the timing worked where they could get started right away. I also sincerely appreciated their non-judgmental attitude. Hearing that I need a two part teeth cleaning and had twelve cavities made me super embarrassed but the doctor was extremely kind and approached it in a “don’t worry, we are here to take care of it” manner.
